How quickly will I receive my package?

We send packages every working day (Mon-Fri). All packages ordered before 15:00 will be shipped the same day and will reach you the next day. On anniversaries and Christmas, if necessary, we pack several times a day and also on weekends, so that all packages arrive as quickly as possible. In most cases, packages are delivered within Baltics & Finland bigger cities the next day, an order made on Friday after 3:00 p.m. can be delivered by Tuesday at the latest.

Estonia (1-2 working days)

DPD parcel machine (1-2 working days)
We will deliver the package to the DPD parcel machine that suits you. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS with the door code. NB: Pick up the books quickly so that the pages don’t curl. The package will be kept for up to 7 days.

Omniva parcel machine (1-2 working days)
We will deliver the package to the Omniva parcel machine that suits you. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS with the door code. NB: Pick up the books quickly so that the pages don’t curl. The package will be kept for up to 7 days.

Itella SmartPost parcel machine (1-2 working days)
We will deliver the package to the Itella SmartPost parcel machine that suits you. The order confirmation also has an automatic tracking number to see the progress of your package. Recommended for books and other products that do not tolerate moisture well. Parcel machines are located indoors. The package is kept for up to 7 days.

Venipak parcel machine (1-2 working days)
We will deliver the package to the Venipak parcel machine that suits you. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS with the door code. NB: Pick up the books quickly so that the pages don’t curl. The package will be kept for up to 7 days.

Itella SmartPost courier (1-2 working days)
The package is delivered by Itella SmartPost courier. On the morning of the arrival day, you will receive an SMS with the planned arrival time of the package. The courier will call you ahead.

Venipak courier (1-2 working days)
The package is delivered by the Venipak courier. The courier will call you in advance before delivering.

Latvia, Lithuania (1-3 working days)

Omniva parcel machine (2-4 working days)
We will deliver the package to the Omniva parcel machine that suits you. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS with the door code. NB: Pick up the books quickly so that the pages don’t curl. The package will be kept for up to 7 days.

Venipak courier (1-2 working days)
The package is delivered by the Venipak courier. The courier will call you in advance before delivering.

Finland (1-5 working days)

1-2 working days to Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, Latvia, and the rest of Finland 2-5 working days

Postnord parcel machine (1-5 working days)
We will deliver the package to the DPD parcel machine that suits you. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS with the door code. NB: Pick up the books quickly so that the pages don’t curl. The package will be kept for up to 7 days.

Post SmartPost parcel machine (1-5 working days)
We will deliver the package to Posti’s SmartPost parcel machine that suits you. The order confirmation also has an automatic tracking number to see the progress of your package. Post courier (1-5 working days)
The package is delivered by a Posti courier.

Sweden (2-5 working days)

Postnord money order (3-5 working days)
The package is delivered to the mailbox or, if it does not fit in the mailbox, to the nearest Postnord parcel machine in Sweden. Postnord will send you a notification about the arrival of the package.

Postnord parcel machine (1-3 working days)
We will deliver the package to the Postnord parcel machine that suits you. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS with the door code. The package will be kept for up to 7 days.

Postnord courier (1-2 working days)
The package is delivered by a Postnord courier. On the morning of the arrival day, you will receive an SMS with the planned arrival time of the package. The courier will call you ahead.

Europe & rest of the world (2-7 working days)

Signed delivery order (3-7 working days)
Depending on the destination country and the size of the package, the package is delivered to the mailbox, handed over by the postman or taken to the nearest parcel machine/post office. The local postal company will send you a notification about the arrival of the package.

DHL Express delivery (2-4 working days)
The parcel will be delivered by a DHL courier. On the morning of the arrival day, you will receive an SMS with the planned arrival time of the package. The courier will call you ahead.
